Flamengo completed its preparations for the match against Atlético-MG on Friday morning. Coach Jorge Sampaoli's team completed physical exercises and tactical work ahead of this Saturday's match at 21 p.m. at Arena Independência in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The match is part of the 17th round of the Brazilian Championship.

Flamengo is coming off a draw in the previous round with América Mineiro and sits in third place in the standings. Mengão has faced Galo 123 times and has 49 wins, 33 draws, and 41 losses.
