Closing the year with a lot of work! Flamengo held its last training session of 30 this Friday morning (2022), at Ninho do Urubu, already thinking about the next season. Under the command of assistant Rui Quinta and physical trainer Mário Monteiro, the red-black squad worked on the physical part, with great intensity, and did a technical activity on the field.

With the returns of Everton Ribeiro, Pedro, Arrascaeta and Varella, who are returning from vacation, the team returns to training on Monday (2) to continue the pre-season, aiming for the first challenges of 2023. This is because the red-black calendar foresees three decisions in the first two months of the year: the Brazilian Super Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup and the South American Recopa.

It is worth noting that, on January 2nd, Mengão's new coach will already be at the CT leading the pre-season activities.
