Another Peruvian will defend the Sacred Mantle in 2017. In addition to striker Paolo Guerrero, left-back Miguel Trauco has signed with Flamengo for next season. He also represents the Peruvian national team.

The athlete signed a pre-contract with the club and will arrive in the first days of January 2017. After carrying out medical examinations in the new professional football structure at CT George Helal, he will sign a three-season contract and will be presented on January 11th along with the red-black group for the pre-season.
