"The team creates, gets up front, passes the ball well, has the characteristics, but it just needs to click. The synergy only comes with work and playing, and there's not much to say. I have to take it game by game, hoping that against Vitória we can perform better," he said.
The red-and-black coach also states that this is not the time to look for possible culprits or despair. According to him, the team has a lot of quality and just needs to work hard to achieve results.
"Now is not the time to look for someone to blame, what is missing... We have to continue preparing. The athletes who arrived later have to work and gain more conditions.
