Muricy leads tactical training
In Mangaratiba, coach works hard for the 2016 season

Saturday (January 16.01) began with a functional training session this afternoon, while the goalkeepers trained separately with the coaches. Soon after, coach Muricy Ramalho worked on the tactical aspects of the squad, dividing them into two teams. On one side, the players sought to pass the midfield by passing the ball, while on the other, the team needed to score a goal against Paulo Victor, so he worked on the team's compactness and positioning when releasing the ball.

Flamengo fielded Paulo Victor, Rodinei, Wallace, Juan, and Jorge; Willian Arão, Márcio Araújo, and Alan Patrick; Marcelo Cirino, Emerson, and Guerrero. The other team fielded Pará, César Martins, Antônio Carlos, and Chiquinho; Jonas, Canteros, and Jajá; Everton, Gabriel, and Douglas Baggio. The team needed to constantly work on defense. Paulo Victor relied on Alex, Cesar, and Daniel to play in goal.
Arthur Henrique and Kayke worked in the gym while Ederson, Mancuello, and Thiago Santos did separate physical training, as did Nixon, who worked with trainer Alex Sotomaior. César continued working on hand replacement.
