This Friday (29), the red-black squad met at the George Helal Training Center for the morning training session to begin preparations for the match against Fortaleza, Flamengo's rival in the second round of the Copa do BrasilMuricy analyzed videos of the last few matches of the Ceará team together with the Flamengo players and outlined his tactical plan for the confrontation.

After warming up with the ball on Field 2, tactical training began on Field 1. With the exception of Paulo Victor, who did physical work at the Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA), all the starters from the last match participated in the activity. The starting lineup was lined up without a goalkeeper, with Rodinei, Wallace, Juan and Jorge; Cuéllar, Willian Arão and Mancuello; Fernandinho, Marcelo Cirino and Paolo Guerrero.
With this part of the training session concluded, Guerrero, Cirino, Fernandinho, and Gabriel practiced finishing on half of the field, closely watched by coach Muricy.
In the afternoon, there will be a practice match against the Americano team. The game will start at 15:30 PM and will be broadcast live on [channel name]. Flamengo's official Facebook profile.
