Tactical scheme
In Brazil, it's like this. If the coach adopts a single formation, he's predictable. If he adopts more than one, he makes many variations to the team. We have a few different ways of playing, both in 4-4-3 and 4-4-2, and we implement them according to the opponent we face. We rely on players for this, respecting their characteristics.
Brazilian Championship
It's always important to start with a win. We can't just focus on the future; we have to start the competition well. As victories come, the team's confidence grows. That's why the support of our fans is so important. Our home ground will be in Volta Redonda (Raulino de Oliveira Stadium), which allows for a lot of pressure. I know we need to improve to win the fans back, and we need them for that.
Team adjustments
The team needs to play more together and not as isolated as we did in the last match. We also need to move the ball more in midfield. Our team is very aggressive and sometimes we play too wide, but that's the team's style of play. We need to improve our midfield positioning.
Opponent analysis
It's a team that, despite not having won the Pernambucano Championship, is very good. We've been following them, analyzing their games. They're a very dangerous opponent. In the Brazilian Championship, there are no easy games.
