Activities resumed at Ninho do Urubu on Thursday afternoon (20), the day after the 2-2 draw against Palmeiras. While the athletes who did not start the match trained with the ball on Field 4, the rest of the players took part in regenerative training held at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA).

Coach Zé Ricardo's training focused on the technical aspects of the red-and-black game, reinforcing passing accuracy. Initially, divided into three groups, two players at a time alternated in the center of the perimeter marked on the pitch to intercept the passing exchanges of the other four players in possession.

The exercise was then put into practice during tactical training. With half the field divided into three sectors, the activity aimed to develop the stages of playmaking from the defensive half. Maintaining possession under pressure was also improved during training.

Work on a reduced field closed the activities at Ninho do Urubu. The squad will return to the CT in the afternoon of this Friday (21) to finalize the preparation for the match against Coritiba, which will be played on Saturday (22). The match will take place at Ilha do Urubu, with the ball rolling from 19 pm.
