From the early afternoon hours of this Saturday (November 20.11th), the atmosphere of anticipation was already palpable around the Engenhão stadium. Shirts, flags, hats, and all sorts of Flamengo paraphernalia were found in houses, streets, and at the stadium ticket booths. The just under 1200 tickets that remained for the game against Guarani sold out quickly, and the Flamengo Nation demonstrated its strength as time went on.

The official website team arrived at the stadium in the late afternoon, around 17 pm, to observe the fans' movements and found, among other curious cases, a group of four Flamengo supporters who came from Serra, in Espírito Santo, especially for the match. Fabio Rodrigues, an analyst, 33 years old; Filipe Chagas, a dockworker, 21 years old; Muhameed Jr., 25 years old; and Igor Laranja, 30 years old.

"It's a pleasure to be here. We're going to beat Guarani, there's no relegation talk with Flamengo. We're going to win and secure a spot in next year's Copa Sudamericana. We came all the way from Espírito Santo for this game and we're not thinking about any other result than victory," said Filipe.

The more than 35 tickets sold for Saturday's match already make it the largest crowd in the history of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo at the Estádio Olímpico Municipal João Havelange, the Engenhão.

Kiosks Once again, Flamengo's mobile stores were a hit at Engenhão. Two kiosks selling official club merchandise were set up in the Lower East and Upper East sections of the stadium. In the upper section, there was even a space dedicated to selling bricks from the "Rubro-Negro Para Sempre" (Red-Black Forever) project. An initiative praised by Milena Leal, a 21-year-old educator.

"I really liked it. I bought my retro jersey and I'm just waiting for the payment to come through so I can buy my brick too. It's fundamental for the fans to be on the team's side, and it's good that the club is also concerned about that," he stated.
