On International Women's Day, players thank support from home

This Monday (March 08.03th) the male world of soccer will be celebrating women. And it's not just Flamengo's president who deserves congratulations on International Women's Day. Besides her, the club's female employees and the players' daughters, mothers, and wives will also be feted. They know and admit: women play a decisive role in their careers.
Happy with Camilla, and father of Maria Eduarda and Isabella, Leonardo Moura makes a point of thanking his wives for all their support. And on a day reserved just for them, the fullback leaves no one out when it comes to congratulating them.
"My family has many women. There's my mother, my sister, my wife, and my daughters. They've all always supported me and still do. They mean everything to me and always want the best for me. They just want to see me happy, and I value that deeply. Every time I step onto the field, I think about them and their future," explained Léo Moura.
The right-back has to take care of two young women and ends up facing a problem: the long period he spends away from home.
