Flamengo fans have been breaking records at Maracanã (Photo: Gilvan de Souza/Flamengo)Wednesday (16) is decision day for Flamengo in the Conmebol Libertadores. The team takes the field at Maracanã at 21:45 pm to face Emelec and the victory will guarantee early qualification to the round of 30 of the competition. As always, the Nação Rubro-Negra promises to fill the stands and has already purchased more than 11 tickets for the big game. Respecting the security determination of the Special Policing Group in Stadiums (GEPE), the ticket card cannot be used for access by fan members, who began exchanging the voucher for physical tickets this Friday (XNUMX).

To date, around 4 tickets have been exchanged at the exchange points, with 28 Official Flamengo Stores offering essential support in the Mais Querido's recent games, stages of record attendance and excitement.

"The Official Stores are one of Flamengo's most important pillars in its relationship with its fans. They have been even closer to the club through our ongoing initiatives, such as receiving food for open training, exchanging tickets for games at Maracanã, liaising with club sponsors, providing customer service and benefits to our fan members... Furthermore, they are always promptly responsive and meet all the club's requests and needs to serve its fans in the best possible way. Especially for the match against Emelec, Flamengo is deeply grateful for the understanding of the red-and-black fans and the commitment of the Official Stores in this operation. We will make every effort to have more stores in every corner of Brazil and to ensure that fan service continues to improve," said Bruno Spindel, the club's Executive Director of Marketing.

In the Rubro-Negro's last three matches at Maracanã, against Ponte Preta, Internacional, and América-MG, the World's Largest Fanbase put on a show, pushing the team to two Brasileirão victories and a draw that secured qualification for the Copa do Brasil quarterfinals. With an average attendance of over 50, the Official Stores exchanged 29.059 physical tickets across the three matches, not counting the exchange of non-perishable food items for tickets to the open training session at Mário Filho Stadium, where the stores received 28 tons of donations.

In order to reduce the inconvenience caused by not using the ticket card in this Wednesday's match (16), against Emelec, the club provides more than 20 exchange points in Official Flamengo Stores, including the units at Santos Dumont Airport and Novo Rio Bus Station, and units outside the capital (Macaé on Saturday, Cabo Frio on Sunday, Friburgo on Monday, and Juiz de Fora on Tuesday, always from 10 am to 17 pm), to exchange all online sales for physical tickets, extending the opening hours of several exchange points.

As the exchange of tickets at Maracanã on the day of the match was also banned, on Wednesday (16) we will have exchanges with extended hours until the end of the first half of the match at the Official Stores at Rodoviária Novo Rio and Santos Dumont Airport – a good plan for red-black fans from outside Rio who will only arrive in the city on the day of the match.
