Flamengo informed the CBF this Friday afternoon that the Gaucho Federation sent Gil's documentation to the Rio de Janeiro State Federation, which was unable to register him because the CBF system was down. Therefore, the CBF requests guarantees that the athlete will be registered. The CBF recognized Flamengo's right.
