Rodrigo Dunshee de Abranches, the general and legal vice president of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, obtained a preliminary injunction today from Judge Alessandra Cristina Tufvesson of the 8th Tax Court authorizing the club to partially use the George Helal Training Center (Ninho do Urubu). The fields, gym, locker room, and cafeteria are all available for their intended purposes, although the latter is only for feeding athletes and staff. Cooking on-site is prohibited.
