Regarding the article published on Thursday afternoon (2) by Jornal O Globo, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo clarifies once again that the content does not correspond to the truth of the facts. 

There's no problem in the relationship between coach Paulo Sousa and goalkeeper Diego Alves. The two have built a relationship over time, and it continues to grow stronger. The same is true with coach Paulo Grilo.

The report claims Diego Alves is out of the plans, which is also untrue. The athlete is training normally with the group after recovering from an injury and will remain available to the coaching staff. 

The publication also claims that the goalkeeper uttered the phrase "Together, minus a few" in the locker room after the game against Sporting Cristal. Yet another in a string of falsehoods.

Flamengo repudiates the publication and regrets the way in which successive articles suggest non-existent situations, placing fans and Flamengo professionals in conflict.
