On the morning of Monday, March 28th, eight members of an organized fan group invaded the George Helal Training Center while employees and players were working, preparing for the match against Vasco next Wednesday in Brasília, for the Taça Guanabara. In light of these events, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo clarifies that:

 • The entry of the "fans" was not consensual, and they only spoke with the athletes to avoid further problems;

• A true fan sings, cheers, criticizes, and supports the team from the stands, not invading the athletes' workplace to intimidate them, an act that is reprehensible and unacceptable;

• This is certainly not the most difficult moment Flamengo has faced in its history. But whenever overcoming adversity has been necessary, the true fans have stood by the team;

• Criticism is acceptable, but in the appropriate forum.
