Clube de Regatas do Flamengo clarifies that due to the punishment imposed by the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD), it will not exercise the right to request a charge of 10% of the tickets available for the game against Esporte Clube Vitória, this Saturday (10), against Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, next Wednesday (14), and against São Paulo Futebol Clube, on October 1st.

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo sent a letter to Esporte Clube Vitória reinforcing this position, in compliance with the Superior Court of Justice (STJD) ruling. Likewise, it will forward a request to the Flamengo Fans' Association (ATORFLA) to inform its members that, also in accordance with the Court's ruling, it is prohibited by the STJD from attending the stadiums for the three aforementioned matches. Furthermore, for Flamengo's next 10 home matches, fans carrying banners, posters, flags, t-shirts, blouses, pants, caps, and other items, such as musical instruments, that allude to any organized Flamengo fan club will be prohibited from entering.

Flamengo also emphasizes that, based on the provisions of the Fan Statute, the organization of matches is the sole responsibility of the home club, which must take measures to guarantee the safety of fans, including Flamengo fans who decide to purchase tickets and attend matches in which Flamengo is the visitor.

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, without withdrawing its appeal against the STJD's decision, as a citizen club, has the obligation to set an example by complying with all applicable rules, agreements, and penalties.
