Ideallize Assessoria de Comunicação invites you to the official inauguration of the new headquarters of the Rio de Janeiro State Professional Football Players' Union (SAFERJ) this Monday, March 9, 2009, at 19:237 p.m., at XNUMX Professor Gabizo Street, in the Tijuca neighborhood. The two-building complex will be called Casa do Atleta (Athlete's House) and will house the Union's administrative headquarters, all player support facilities, and a public gym, SAFIT.

The Athlete's House will offer players affiliated with the Union legal and medical assistance (physical therapy, dentistry, weight training, among others), a swimming pool, and computer and English classrooms. There is also an auditorium for lectures on various topics such as health, injury prevention, and professional training, aiming to provide athletes with options for when they end their careers.

Big names from both current and past football will be present at the event. Executives from small and large clubs, players, doctors, and other sports professionals have already confirmed their attendance. The Municipal Secretary of Sports and Recreation, Chiquinho da Mangueira, will represent the Rio de Janeiro City Hall. Other politicians will also be present at this historic day for football in Rio de Janeiro, and even worldwide, as no other Football Players' Union in the world offers as many benefits as SAFERJ.

We are counting on the presence of our friends in the press to publicize this achievement en masse, as it is extremely important that players, especially those from low-income backgrounds, know that from now on they will have a place to recover from injuries, acquire new knowledge, among other benefits.
