Clube de Regatas do Flamengo announces the arrival of its new Scouting Manager, Andrii Fedchenkov. The Ukrainian professional, who speaks fluent Portuguese, takes over the leadership of the department responsible for mapping and recommending reinforcements for the club.

With extensive international football experience, he worked twice with José Boto, the club's current director of football. His last club was Cardiff City in Wales, and he also played for Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine) and PAOK (Greece).

Specializing in the South American, European and Japanese markets, Andrii is fluent in five languages: in addition to Portuguese, he also speaks Spanish, English, Russian and Ukrainian. 

At Flamengo, he will be responsible for leading the scouting department, reinforcing the club's strategy of identifying and recruiting athletes for the professional squad and youth teams.
