Striker Obina will be tried this afternoon at the Superior Court of Justice (STJD) for his expulsion in the match against Portuguesa on November 1st. The number 18 was charged under Article 255 and could face a suspension of up to three games.

-"I'm calm and aware that I didn't do anything serious. It was a normal game incident, and I'm sure people will see that and I'll be absolved so I can help the team on Sunday."

If he's not suspended, Obina is one of coach Caio Júnior's options for Sunday's decisive match against Palmeiras at Maracanã. The striker knows the importance of a victory to keep his dream of a sixth championship alive.

"We know we have a responsibility to win, and we have the quality to do so. Together with the fans, we'll continue dreaming of the title. I'm sure our fans will show up to support us. Our goal is still the title, and it will be that way as long as we have a chance. A place in the Libertadores is important, but we can still dream of winning the sixth title. First, we'll focus on winning our games, which are all decisive, starting with Palmeiras. They're an opponent coming off a home defeat and will want to bounce back. The pressure is on, they have excellent players, but we'll give our all for a victory."

For Obina, São Paulo is a good example that the Brazilian Championship can still hold a pleasant surprise for Flamengo.

-"A month ago, São Paulo wasn't even considered a title contender, and today they're leaders. We're going to fight, do our part, and with God's help, we'll get there."
