Obina and Leo Medeiros are the first reinforcements
Striker and midfielder are back at Flamengo in the group's return

While Diego, Ze Roberto, Dênis Marques Everton, and Ronaldo Angelim, who have yet to finalize their stay, did not report, nor did Petkovic, who was released by the board, coach Andrade had contact with some familiar faces, but who could be considered newcomers. In addition to the players who came through the ranks and were on loan, Obina and Leo Medeiros also reported back to Flamengo.
\The striker had a difficult first half of 2009 at Gávea and ended up on loan to Palmeiras midway through the year. At Palestra Itália, he went through ups and downs, and after a disagreement with former teammate Maurício, he was released by Alviverde and returned to Flamengo, with whom he has a contract until the end of the year. Obina joined the club in 2005 and has been a key player in several decisive moments. He saved the team from relegation in 2005, scored in the 2006 Copa do Brasil final, the 2007 State Championship semifinal, and the 2008 Carioca Championship final.
\Leo Medeiros was hired on the recommendation of coach Ney Franco, who coached him in 2006 at Ipatinga. He arrived at Flamengo in mid-2006, along with Walter Minhoca and Diego Silva, also from Ipatinga, and was the only one remaining from the trio for 2007. He alternated between good and bad times and, with the arrival of Joel Santana, was loaned to Atlético Paranaense, then spent time at Bahia and, now, is back at Flamengo.
\Vinícius Pacheco, Willian Amendoim, Egídio, Paulo Sérgio are the other athletes who returned from loan at the beginning of the year.
