Taking advantage of the days off from Brazilian Championship games, Flamengo is working hard this week at the George Helal Training Center. On another training day, the team began with technical and tactical drills.
While full-back Pará trained separately with fitness coach Daniel Félix, the others warmed up on field 2 and then moved on to technical training on field 1. Later, Oswaldo led a tactical training session with the starting lineup consisting of Cesar, Ayrton, César Martins, Samir, Jorge, Márcio Araújo, Canteros, Alan Patrick, Emerson, Paulinho, and Kayke.
