Flamengo held their final training session on Wednesday (September 09.09th) before their match against Cruzeiro, which takes place on Thursday (September 10.09th). Oswaldo de Oliveira led the activities at the George Helal Training Center.

The team held a tactical training session. The coach fielded the starting lineup with Paulo Victor, Pará, Wallace, Samir, and Jajá; Jonas, Luiz Antonio, and Alan Patrick; Marcelo Cirino, Paulinho, and Kayke. The team trained on half of the field, focusing on positioning, movement, and set pieces. On the other half of the pitch, the remaining players practiced finishing in a reduced-size field.

Flamengo and Cruzeiro face off at the Maracanã, and Flamengo continues its quest to extend its winning streak in the Brazilian championship.
