The sun shone again at CT George Helal this Saturday (14). Even with the intense heat in the city, the red-black squad did another intense training session with the ball and physical improvement, both on the lawn.

The activity was attended by center forward Paolo Guerrero, who trained separately from the other players during the first days of preseason. Ederson was also present on Field 3. Although still training separately from the rest of the group, the number 10 did light ball work and ran around the pitch.

After finishing their work on the field, the athletes went to Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center, where they did stretching and physical recovery exercises before the day's activities ended completely.

The group returns to the field this Sunday (15) for new training in two periods.
