Paquetá celebrates his progress at Flamengo and praises his good relationship with the fans.

Enjoying a great moment with the Sacred Mantle (Flamengo's jersey), midfielder Lucas Paquetá had a relaxed and exclusive chat with FlaTV. The number 11 made a point of highlighting the evolution he is having within the club and thanked the members of the coaching staff for the work that is done daily at Ninho do Urubu (Flamengo's training center).


"First of all, I'm very happy with my development, and this is all thanks to a process of improvement with the support of the entire coaching staff. I'm happy to be able to help Flamengo. More important than my good performance is Flamengo's good performance. I strive to always give my best to the club."

In the conversation that took place at Ninho do Urubu, Paquetá also spoke about the emotion of being able to help his beloved club on the field and wants to continue improving to bring joy to the fans of the "Mais Querido" (Most Beloved). 

"I feel privileged to be able to help Flamengo on the field. When I was younger, I was in the stands cheering and supporting. Today I can do something more on the field. I can only thank the fans for their affection and connection. This is also a result of my work on the field. I will continue to dedicate myself fully and always give my all for the best of Flamengo."

In the spirit of the World Cup, the Flamengo youth player commented on the emotion of being remembered by Tite for the list of 35 athletes who competed for a spot in the World Cup in Russia.

"I was very happy. It's a great victory to be remembered by Tite, who is now the coach of the national team. I confess I was surprised by the news. Very proud, my family is very happy, and this is the result of my work at Flamengo. I thank my teammates and the club."
