Pará praises Dorival Júnior's work and analyzes the match against Paraná.

To remain firmly in the fight for the Brazilian Championship title, Flamengo will have another challenge next Sunday (21), against Paraná, in Curitiba. Before the afternoon training session this Friday (19), right-back Pará gave a press conference at Ninho do Urubu and praised the work that has been carried out by coach Dorival Júnior.
"Of course, we still have a lot to grow and evolve. It's clear that Dorival has been able to implement what we've been training over the weeks. Things are happening in the best possible way, and I believe we're on the right track."
The number 21 also analyzed the match against Paraná and warned about the dangers of facing a team from the bottom of the table.
"We know that Sunday's game against Paraná will be difficult. Even though they're in this situation, they're a great team and have a coach who wants to get the team out of this uncomfortable situation. Regardless, we have to play a great game."
Since Dorival Júnior took over as manager, Pará has returned to starting matches wearing the sacred jersey and commented on the good form he is experiencing this season.
"I always say that whoever is here wearing the Flamengo shirt has quality. Since I arrived here, I've made it clear that I came to do the job in the best way possible to help. I'm at the coach's disposal, and everyone knows that I give my all in training to take advantage of the opportunities I get. I'm having a good run with Dorival, in a good moment. I hope to maintain this until the end of the year so that, God willing, we can win the title."

Diego vs. Arão
They are completely different positions. Arão is a second defensive midfielder who is strong in the attack. Diego is that classic playmaker that every team wants to have in their squad. Whoever comes in will be up to the task, along with the others who play.
Team balance
My main concern is defending well first. Everyone is working hard on the defensive system to avoid conceding silly goals. We're doing our job, and thank God, with Dorival, our strikers are getting opportunities. Against Fluminense, Uribe scored two goals, and I hope whoever plays on Sunday can score again.
offensive stance
We always play forward, that's Flamengo's DNA. With Barbieri, things weren't clicking or flowing. But with Dorival, it's happening naturally for Vitinho, Ribeiro, Berrío, and Geuvânio. With the quality we have in our wingers, the ball reaches the striker more smoothly.
