Part of the squad takes part in a training match at the training center
The professionals beat the juniors 6-0, with a show by Bruno Mezenga and Maxi.
By Flamengo Archive - inPart of Flamengo's squad returned to training on Monday afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. The Flamengo coaching staff began preparing the team for its next Brazilian Championship match, Sunday, against Fluminense at the Maracanã stadium. The players who started the match against Inter will return to training tomorrow at Gávea Stadium.
Coach Andrade led a training match against the youth team. The seniors performed well, winning 6-0, with goals from Bruno Mezenga (3), Maxi (2), and Everton Silva. The youth team was further reinforced by Bruno, Lenon, Romulo, and Alex Cruz. The seniors' players included: Marcelo Lomba; Everton Silva, Marlon, Welinton, and Juan; Toró, Willians, Fierro, and Guilherme Camacho; Maxi and Bruno Mezenga.
Flamengo's new signing, striker Gil, worked on his physical and technical skills with trainer Alexandre Sanz.
