Fla's Historical Heritage offers a football seminar at its Gávea headquarters

Do you love the sport and want to know more about football? The Historical Heritage Department of Flamengo presents next Tuesday (16), at the social headquarters in Gávea, the Mini Symposium of Studies on Football. The event will be free, in the Noble Hall, and certificates will be issued. During the day, from 10 am to 18 pm, tickets for the interactive exhibition of Mengão, Fla Memória, will be at a promotional price of R$10.
The seminar is part of the Flamengo Life Project and seeks to promote studies of the social, economic, and cultural environment of national sport, with presentations by three PhD professors from public universities in Brazil:
Prof. Dr. Ronaldo Helal (UERJ)
Coordinator of the Sport and Culture research group and of the Laboratory for Studies in Media and Sport - LEME.
Prof. Dr. Livia Magalhães (UFF)
Author of the book "Football Stories", "With the Cup in Hand" and organizer of the book "A Woman's Place - Feminism and Politics in Brazil".
Prof. Dr. Renato Coutinho (UCB)
Author of the book "A great Flamengo, a greater Brazil: the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and the popular nationalist political imagination (1933-1955)".
Shirts from other clubs are not allowed in the Gávea social headquarters. The venue has a capacity limit of 350 people.
