Flamengo returned to Rio de Janeiro this Thursday (September 03.09rd) and resumed work this Friday morning (September 04.09th). After training, goalkeeper Paulo Victor and coach Oswaldo de Oliveira spoke to the press about their expectations for Sunday's (September 06.09th) derby against Fluminense.

"A derby is a game that involves much more than a normal game; it affects the player. I have no doubt that victories bring us confidence, and I hope we can grow with these results," said Paulo Victor.

Oswaldo de Oliveira knows the challenge of maintaining a winning streak and the unpredictability of any derby.

"We want to continue the positive streak. The Brazilian league is very difficult, but we want to extend the winning streak, that's the idea. Fla-Flu is a great classic and history has taught us that you can't predict anything," he stated.
