Goalkeeper recovers from fractured fibula; athletes who took to the field on Wednesday are undergoing recovery

On the morning of this Friday (10.07), the Flamengo squad returned to training at the George Helal Training Center. But for Paulo Victor, the return was not from Porto Alegre - where Rubro-Negro beat Internacional 2-1 -, but rather from a period of almost a month of physiotherapy, due to a fractured fibula.
In another step of his planned recovery process, the goalkeeper returned to training on the field, with a ball. The players who played on Wednesday at Beira-Rio did regenerative work on Field 2, while the others participated in technical training on Field 1.
A standout player in the victory over Internacional, Guerrero was released to resolve personal matters related to his move to Rio de Janeiro and final contractual issues in São Paulo. Therefore, he did not participate in this morning's training session, nor will he participate in Saturday's (July 11.07) activities at Ninho do Urubu.
Flamengo returns to the field for the Brasileirão this Sunday (12.07), against Corinthians. The match takes place at 16 pm, at Maracanã, and tickets are already on sale.
