Pedro receives tribute and celebrates becoming Flamengo's top scorer in the 21st century.
At Ninho do Urubu, a commemorative plaque was presented to the number 9 player by the club's president, Luiz Eduardo Baptista, and by José Boto.

Flamengo paid a special tribute to Pedro this Tuesday (14), at CT George Helal. The striker received a commemorative plaque from the hands of president Luiz Eduardo Baptista (BAP) and football director José Boto, in recognition of the historic mark achieved with the Sacred Mantle.
The number 9 shirt achieved the feat last Sunday (12), scoring twice in the 2-1 victory over Fluminense, for the 11th round of the Brazilian Championship. With the goals in the classic, Pedro reached 163 for the club. With that, he surpassed Gabriel Barbosa and became the top scorer for Flamengo in the 21st century. In addition, he now occupies sixth position among the top scorers in the history of Flamengo and is the fourth highest scorer in the history of the Maracanã, with 114 goals.
In his seventh season with the club, Pedro has amassed impressive numbers since his arrival in 2020. In total, he has played 324 matches, scored 163 goals, and provided 40 assists for Flamengo. In 2026, the striker has already found the net 11 times in 20 games, making him the team's top scorer this season so far.
During the tribute, the number 9 highlighted the importance of the moment and the connection with the club:
“It’s something very big, a very significant milestone. I’m very grateful to be recognized, to have so many goals wearing the Flamengo jersey. I, who am a fan in the stands, played futsal at Gávea and, today, to be recognized with so many goals is very gratifying. [...] It’s like a movie playing in my head since I arrived here, earning my place with great humility. I share this recognition with the Nation and it doesn’t stop here, I hope we can achieve even more.”
