Preparation

Flamengo began preparing for the match against Fortaleza and also for the Brasileirão eight days ago, shortly after concluding its participation in the Campeonato Carioca. Since then, Muricy Ramalho led technical and tactical training sessions, tested the team in a 3-0 win against Americano, and concluded the preparations early last night at the Presidente Vargas stadium in the capital of Ceará.
