Feet on the ground despite the good victory
Rubro-Negros celebrate advantage, but know the importance of playing well next Wednesday

Flamengo won the first battle, but they're aware that the battle is still open. Until next Wednesday, no one will be able to celebrate qualifying for the round of 16 of the Copa Libertadores, and so the red-and-blacks are keeping their feet on the ground, even after gaining a significant lead in the first leg of the series against Corinthians.
In next week's match at Pacaembu Stadium, Flamengo can draw or lose by any score with just one goal difference (except a 1-0 loss, which would send the match to penalties) and still qualify for the quarterfinals. A significant advantage, celebrated by coach Rogério Lourenço.
"We can have two results out of three. It's a small advantage, but it's an advantage and we have to try to make the most of it," he said.
Praising the quality of the opponent, Rogério believes in another very balanced match next week and says the team will be prepared for anything at Pacaembu.
"Corinthians has great players, a great coach, and can surprise at Pacaembu. Nothing is over today, and we have to keep our feet on the ground. We'll go to São Paulo respecting our opponents and prepared for anything," he concluded.
With Wednesday's result, the team from Gávea maintains a five-year unbeaten streak against Corinthians in Rio de Janeiro. Since 2005, when they lost at Arena da Ilha, Flamengo has won every match against the São Paulo team.
