Friday's training session (11), held at CT George Helal, consisted of tactical training aimed at the next round of the Brasileirão against América-MG. During the activity, Zé Ricardo guided the athletes regarding positioning during the creation of plays. Pauses were taken during the training session on a reduced field to rehearse set-piece plays, both in free kicks close to the penalty area and in corners.

Initially, the athletes warmed up by working on maintaining possession under pressure, interspersed with stretching and muscle activation exercises. On the other side of the pitch, coach Vitor Hugo led goalkeeper training, focusing on reaction speed and defending cross-shots after passing at the edge of the box.

Closing the session, forwards Gabriel, Thiago Santos, and Felipe Vizeu sought to improve their finishing with quick one-twos from the edge of the box. The goal was saved by another youngster recently promoted from the club's youth academy, goalkeeper João Lopes.

The group continues preparations for the match against América-MG. The venue for the match has been changed, moving from Independência to Mineirão. The match will take place next Wednesday (16), with kick-off at 21:45 pm.
