After the recovery period, the group headed out onto the field to continue their readaptation to field training. Prioritizing physical and technical aspects, running activities with and without a ball began after the warm-up.

Initially, the team performed runs with varying speeds and carried the ball along a path marked out on the pitch by fitness coach Gustavo Araújo. Subsequently, ball possession exercises took over the activity, with long strides moving between four areas of the pitch at the end of the allotted time.

Closing the work this Monday (08), the goalkeepers started to integrate the activity at the end of the specific training designed for them, led by José Jober, coach of the athletes in the position. With three teams formed by two players each, clashes between two of them were promoted on a reduced field, in order to regain precision in the technical part.

Training will resume at CT on Tuesday morning (09).
