Both morning and afternoon sessions involved physical activity, first at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA) and then on the pitch at Field 3. In the morning, strength, muscle activation, and injury prevention exercises were performed. Meanwhile, in the second half of the day, agility and coordination exercises preceded the ball activity.

During the specific training session, goalkeepers Gabriel Batista and Hugo Souza were guided by coaches Rogério Maia and José Jober in an activity focused on reaction speed. With a wet tarp and box used to create situations where the ball accelerated during shots, the players in the position needed to demonstrate sharp reflexes and high mobility to make saves.

The group then proceeded to Field 4. Following instructions from coach Paulo César Carpegiani and his assistant, Rodrigo Carpegiani, the red-and-black youth players began training. Using the entire field, instructions regarding positioning and movement were given to the forwards and defenders.

As part of the preparation for the debut on January 17th, against Volta Redonda, a training match will be played against Resende Esporte Clube this Sunday (14). On Saturday (13), the remaining athletes in the squad will return to Ninho do Urubu.
