Another day of intense preparation at Ninho do Urubu. This Wednesday (28), just like the previous day, the red-black squad was divided into two groups and carried out activities in the gym and on the field. The training, which took place in two periods, was led by assistant Rui Quinta and physical trainer Mário Monteiro.

The team returns to training this Thursday (29) and Friday (30). It is worth remembering that the first commitment of 2023 will be on January 12 against Audax-RJ, in the debut of the Campeonato Carioca.
