Continuing the red-black campaign in the Rio Cup after last Wednesday's (07) 3-0 triumph over Boavista, Mais Querido resumed activities at Ninho do Urubu aiming at the next commitment. This Saturday, it will be time to face the Macaé team at the Cláudio Moacyr de Azevedo stadium, the 'Moacyrzão'.

At Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the players who started yesterday's match performed recovery training, while the rest of the group took to the field. After the warm-up, which took place on the field of Field 4 and involved muscle activation exercises, tactical training began.

During the activity, led by coach Paulo César Carpegiani, the team that will take to the field for this Saturday's challenge (10) was outlined. Adjustments to the team's positioning also received attention, in addition to the offensive movement and focused on the defensive moment, emphasizing the moment of recomposition.

Following training this Friday (09), the red-black delegation will travel to Macaé, where the match will take place. The ball will roll at the opponent's home from 19:30 pm.
