Flamengo football physical trainer Alex Souto Maior will give a lecture at Hammer Strength Clinics, a high-performance training event, this Saturday (30), in Brasília. In addition to working at Flamengo's Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA), Souto Maior holds a doctorate and post-doctorate in Physiology from UFRJ and is a professor of master's and doctoral programs at UNISUAM.
On the event
With 30 editions and over a thousand participants in the United States, Hammer Strength Clinics arrived in Brazil in 2015, with its first edition held in São Paulo. In 2016, there will be four editions of the event, in Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, and São Paulo.
