Multi-sport and aimed at both professionals and the general public, Arnold Classic Brasil, the largest sports nutrition, fighting, performance and fitness fair in the country, features two CEP FLA professionals participating in the conference of lectures in the 2016 edition: Alex Souto Maior, physical trainer, and Dr. Márcio Tannure, head of the medical department at Flamengo. 

Invited by the event organizers, the Rubro-Negros professionals bring Flamengo's experience and know-how in performance excellence. Dr. Márcio Tannure moderated a roundtable yesterday (01) with the participation of Dr. José Luiz Runco and the COB's medical director, Dr. João Granjeiro. The topic was "Medical Cases in Olympic Sports." Alex Souto Maior gave a lecture this Saturday (02) on the topic "Aerobic, strength, or a combination of both for weight loss?"

The professionals' participation is part of the Arnold Conference, the technical event of Arnold Classic Brazil, where lectures on health, nutrition, and physical activity are given. The event is geared toward professionals in nutrition, sports medicine, physical education, and physical therapy, as well as athletes.
