Far beyond the four lines, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo brings to the first edition of the FIFA Club World Cup a structure that reflects the commitment to excellence and professionalism that guides the day-to-day running of Flamengo football.

The delegation representing the club in the United States is made up of 78 people, including athletes, members of the coaching staff, and professionals from a variety of departments. Improvisations are reserved for the stars on the field. Off the field, there's no room for amateurism: all members of the delegation are part of Flamengo's professional staff, with no amateur managers involved in the team's routine.

The logistical preparations for the trip began well in advance and involved meticulous planning. Manager Gabriel Skinner conducted three in-person technical visits to the United States to map out hotels, training centers, and travel routes. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the team's comfort, safety, and productivity.

More than 3 tons of equipment were transported from Brazil, including sports equipment, recovery equipment, performance analysis technology, communications, and work infrastructure. The club's clothing department, for example, shipped over 150 pairs of cleats and over a thousand match jerseys, ensuring that the athletes would have everything they needed throughout the competition. 

During the initial phase of the tournament, Flamengo will be staying in three different cities: Atlantic City (Sheraton Hotel), Philadelphia (The Westin), and Orlando (Celeste Hotel). Each location was pre-planned to minimize impacts on the players' and coaching staff's daily routines.

Another aspect that reinforces the team's global and diverse character is the diversity of nationalities present in the delegation. There are 10 different nationalities among players, commission members, and staff, highlighting the international profile that characterizes Flamengo's current moment.
