During the Fla-Flu match, full-back Armero felt pain in his right thigh adductor and was re-evaluated on Monday (September 07.09th) by Flamengo's Medical Department. An MRI scan revealed a muscle injury, unrelated to the player's previous injury, occurring in a completely different location. The player will be out for treatment for a while.
Defender Wallace, who was substituted in the final minutes of the match by César Martins, only felt muscle fatigue, normal for any game. Midfielder Ederson is training with the group alongside the physical conditioning staff and is available for the coach's selection.
