Recommendations for Flamengo fans going to Uruguay
Mais Querido faces Peñarol this Thursday, in Montevideo, for the second leg of the Libertadores quarterfinals
By Flamengo Communication - inRecommendations from the Peñarol Security Commission and the Uruguayan National Police to Flamengo fans who will travel to watch the match against the Uruguayan club, this Thursday (26):
- It was decided that only six flags exceeding CONMEBOL's 2x1 measurements will be allowed into the stadium. The flags cannot be more than 1,5 meters wide.
- It was decided that only seven musical instruments can enter the stadium.
- The meeting point for Flamengo fans is Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park. This meeting point will welcome fans early. Departure times for the stadium will be between 13:30 PM and 14:30 PM. It's important to arrive early.
- Peñarol's board recommends that Flamengo fans avoid wandering around the city and go straight to the meeting point. If they do, they should wear plainclothes, not uniform, to avoid potential outbreaks of violence.
- Always have your ID with you. You'll need to show it at the stadium entrance.
