Reinforcements do physical training separately from the group

The Flamengo team worked on their physical conditioning, as usual, on Friday morning (January 14.01th) in Londrina. The players ran on the pitch and also did exercises in the gym. Ronaldinho and Thiago Neves did a circuit of physical exercises under the supervision of Antônio Mello and Diogo Linhares. Afterwards, the whole group went to the pool.
In the afternoon, the Flamengo players return to training at the SM Sports training center. On Sunday (January 16.01th), Flamengo faces América Mineiro at 17.01 PM, with live broadcast on open TV, at the Estádio do Café. The team returns to Rio on Monday (January 17th) and will debut in the Campeonato Carioca against Volta Redonda on Wednesday (January 19.01th) at the Engenhão.
After training, president Patricia Amorim, coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo, captain Leonardo Moura, and the mayor of Londrina, Barbosa Neto, will hold a press conference about initiatives to help the victims of the heavy rain that caused disruption in the mountainous region of Rio.
