Flamengo Regatta Club\ Special Group for Joy and Safety in Stadiums – GEASE-FLA\ Planning Department\
MATCH REPORT: FLAMENGO x Figueirense - 05/09/07
1) TICKET SALES.
We received complaints from a fan regarding the purchase of two half-price tickets at ticket office 5. According to him, he paid at that ticket office the amount corresponding to two half-price tickets for the yellow section (grandstands) and, to his surprise, when he passed them through the turnstile, he found that one of the tickets was for a blue seat (lower), which forced him to return to the ticket office and buy another ticket.
2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM.
There were no problems in this regard. Traffic flow was smooth. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the traffic jam observed upon arrival at the stadium was more likely a consequence of rush hour.
3) ENTRY TO THE STADIUM.
There was no problem regarding this issue.
4) PUBLIC
We did not find any relevant occurrences.
5) ORGANIZED FANS
We did not observe any disturbances among the organized groups inside the stadium.
6) MAIN OCCURRENCES
There were no occurrences worthy of record.
7) PARKING
Unlike Saturday, there were plenty of parking spaces available. However, even with reduced traffic, the parking lot at gate 16 continued to have cars parked in the traffic and maneuvering lanes.
8) SURROUNDING TRAFFIC.
Traffic flowed smoothly, both entering and leaving the stadium.
9) GEASE ACTIONS.
a) We suggest that the club use electronic billboards more to promote both GEASE and the Gávea Revitalization Project - Eu Quero. We believe they are both powerful promotional tools and should be used optimally because, in addition to being a novelty, they are cost-effective and highly visible.
b) Contact SUDERJ, inform them about the incidents at gate 16, for action.
