FLAMENGO x MACAÉ GAME REPORT
Maracanã – 30/01/08 – 19:30 pm
Report No. 04/08
1) TICKET SALES
Sales were the biggest problems. At the ticket office next to gate 16, all the windows were open.
2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM
Access to the stadium was smooth, without any disturbances. We reiterate the need for visual displays on the stadium's outer ring. Unusual fans and tourists, lacking any reference points, are often at a loss for directions to the ticket offices and entrances.
3) STADIUM ENTRANCE
Entry presented no major problems. The number of turnstiles in operation was sufficient for entry without queues.
4) PUBLIC
The audience was 13.795 paying and 15.650 in attendance. The revenue was R$ 163.894,50
Paying P. (Accumulated) Carioca Championship 72.673\ Paying P. (Average) Carioca Championship 18.168\ Present P. (Accumulated) Carioca Championship 84.815\ Present P. (Average) Carioca Championship 21.204\ Income (Accumulated) Carioca Championship R$ 998.152,50\ Income (Average) Carioca Championship R$ 249.538,12\
JECRIM - There was no incident. Congratulations to the fans for their exemplary behavior!
SUDERJ - Damaged seats: 5 yellow seats. All on the left side of the stands. Three in the FlaShow and Uubuzada areas and two in the Flamanguaça area. We remind fans that the seats are not meant to be kicked. SUDERJ informs: Only minors up to 12 years old are exempt from paying for tickets. Those 12 years and 1 day and older lose the exemption. It is important to note that this exemption only applies to the blue seats (lower seats). Minors are not prohibited from watching in other areas, as long as they are accompanied by an adult and pay for the ticket. Fans, be careful to avoid possible embarrassment!
GEPE – There was no occurrence.
Medical Department - There were 21 cases, none serious. Hypertension was the most common.
5) ORGANIZED FANS
There were no clashes between fans inside the stadium. The atmosphere inside was calm. The fans have been giving their unconditional support to the team, singing and cheering peacefully throughout the game. We've heard nothing but praise from JECRIM staff regarding the behavior of Flamengo fans, especially the organized fan groups.
6) MAIN OCCURRENCES
There was no occurrence worthy of note.
7) PARKING
Paid parking is only permitted at gate 13.\ UERJ was a good option for those who used its parking lot.\
8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
Traffic, as was the case during the game against Cardoso Moreira, was slow from 18:00 PM onwards, as is typical on Maracanã and Radial Oeste Avenues at this time. Many fans arrived either on time for the game or were late for it. After the match, traffic flowed smoothly.
9) GEASE ACTIONS
We've scheduled a meeting with the new GEPE leadership for this week to outline goals for the stadium and the partnership between GEASE-Fla and GEPE. We wish the new GEPE leadership the best of luck.
GEASE-Fla is monitoring and taking measures to ensure maximum comfort for fans. Flamengo will soon provide updates on ticket purchases. Stay tuned.
We're pleased to announce that the next Flazine will be released in February. Stay tuned for updates.
We remind fans, especially those traveling with minors, to purchase tickets in advance or, if purchasing on game day, to arrive early to avoid crowds at the ticket booths and turnstiles. GEASE-Fla, in partnership with FLATV and SUDERJ, is seeking to entertain early-arriving fans with videos and goal highlights.
