GAME REPORT FLAMENGO x Cruzeiro, 12/09/07

1) TICKET SALES.

Sales went smoothly

2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM.

There were no problems in this regard. Traffic was calm. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the traffic jam was more a consequence of rush hour. Between 7 and 8:30 a.m., both Maracanã Avenue and Radial Oeste experience slow traffic every day.

3) ENTRY TO THE STADIUM.

There were no problems in this regard. The SUDERJ management's efforts to humanize the fans' entry into the stadium should be highlighted and praised. Several initiatives are noteworthy, including the inclusion of volunteers who worked at the PAN, in addition to employees already working at SUDERJ. For example, they welcomed fans as they entered the stadium, creating activities such as face painting and toasting, handing out gifts, and helpfully providing information to fans, including through megaphones.

4) PUBLIC

We didn't find any relevant incidents. When contacted by the JECRIM chief, he reported that there had been no incidents. There weren't even any reports of theft. The same was true for GEPE.

5) ORGANIZED FANS

We didn't observe any disturbances among the organized fans inside the stadium. Both arrival and departure went smoothly. It's worth highlighting the active and positive participation of the fans, who encouraged the fans throughout the game. Cruzeiro fans were seated in the lower seats, on the left side opposite the radio booths, and there were no incidents. This was a good initiative, which we believe should be continued, but the seating should be moved to the opposite side, away from the "organized" fans.

6) MAIN OCCURRENCES

There were no occurrences worthy of record.

7) PARKING

Due to the small number of fans, there was no disruption to vehicle exits.

8)TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.

"On Conselheiro Olegário Street, many cars were ticketed for illegal parking. Once again, we recommend not parking just anywhere and beware of parking attendants." (Text taken from the Fim de Jogo blog)

9) GEASE ACTIONS.

> We've noticed that many fans have questions about access to the stadium's sections, especially the lower seats. Parents, upon arriving at the turnstiles, feel unsafe leaving their children there because, depending on the time of day, the flow of people can be heavy, making access confusing. We're suggesting to SUDERJ that bilingual information signs be placed on the stadium's outer ring and also on the ramps leading to the lower seats, indicating the location of the turnstiles specifically for children and seniors.

> We are forwarding a comment to SUDERJ approving the new location for the organized groups, with a suggestion to change it to behind the goal opposite the "organized groups."

> We are contacting the FIM DE JOGO Blog to establish a partnership with its contributors, who do a commendable job of informing Maracanã fans. It's worth visiting fimdejogo.com.br to learn more about their work.
