Renato predicts a "battle" in Fortaleza on Wednesday.

The supporter believes it's necessary to think about the upcoming games before talking about 2011.

There's no denying that planning for 2011 is already underway at most Brazilian clubs. Flamengo is no different. However, before thinking about next season, the red-and-blacks want to finish this one in a better position in the Brazilian Championship standings. Occupying thirteenth place in the competition would qualify the team for the next Copa Sudamericana, which is the group's objective. Therefore, each of the final six rounds is considered a crucial match.

Supporter Renato, for example, predicts a battle in Fortaleza, next Wednesday (November 03.11rd), against Ceará, at Castelão. According to him, each match will be worth more than three points for Flamengo.

"It will be another battle. We will have three teams fighting for the title, three against relegation, all six-point matches. We have a series of important games, we are motivated to fight until the end of the championship. We will work to get the results. We have to keep working hard, with determination, to achieve the victories," he said.

With his focus solely on securing qualification for the international competition, Renato avoids planning for the next season. For him, the only thing that matters is qualifying for the 2011 Copa Sudamericana.

"It's always important to move up the table, we have six difficult games. First, we have to think about that before talking about 2011. We want a spot in the Copa Sudamericana," he concluded.
