Itu (SP) – Flamengo played its first training match of the offseason in Itu on Sunday afternoon (July 04.07). The team will face Desportivo Brasil in two friendlies at the Spa Sports Resort. In the first, which began at 14 p.m., coach Rogério Lourenço fielded a reserve team, which defeated the opposing team 3-1, with goals from Jean, Diego Maurício, and Lenon.

Flamengo started with Paulo Victor, Everton Silva, Jean, Fabrício, and Jorbison; Rômulo, Lenon, Leo Medeiros, Fernando, and Rodrigo Alvim; and Diego Maurício. In the second half, Galhardo replaced Everton Silva, and then Saba replaced Leo Medeiros, who completed the Desportivo Brasil team and ended up scoring a stunning free kick to reduce the deficit.
