After Flamengo and Corinthians' 2-2 draw in the Mais Querido's return to Maracanã, Flamengo captain Réver spoke to reporters in the stadium's mixed zone. Focusing on the rest of the championship, the defender spoke about maintaining focus in the remaining six matches, fighting until the end for the goal set: the title.

With the draw, Flamengo now has six points separating them from the top of the table. Rever spoke about the topic: "We know there's still a lot to happen. There are still six rounds left, with three to close the gap on the leader. We'll remain fully focused; we won't throw in the towel, especially because we have a nation behind us expecting our best. I hope that in the next match we can close some of that gap."

The continuation of the Brazilian Championship was also one of the topics discussed, with special attention being paid to the next challenge: "Without a doubt, this game against Atlético-MG will be a turning point for us in the competition. We put Flamengo in this position and made the fans believe in our work. We have to prove game by game that we have the ability to fight for the title, regardless of the opponent."

The match will take place on Saturday (29), at Independência, with the ball rolling from 16:30 pm.
