Before the decisive game against Grêmio, in the semifinal of the Conmebol Libertadores, Flamengo has another important clash in the Brazilian Championship. The team will face Fluminense next Sunday (20), at 18 pm, at Maracanã. Before the activity this Friday (18), defender Rodrigo Caio spoke to the press and previewed the classic.

"Playing a Fla-Flu is always different. We've played them several times this year, and we've always struggled. They were a team that had a lot of variety under Diniz. I believe it will be a similar game. Let's do what we've been doing intelligently," he says.

The red-black sheriff spoke about his time with the Brazilian National Team and guaranteed he is 100% ready for the classic.

"I'm 100%. I had a very long trip with the national team, I didn't play, but I trained hard. A Flamengo physiotherapist visited Gabriel and me on the trip, and we recovered very well. Sleep is still a bit difficult, but we're physically very well," he emphasizes.

The Flamengo squad returns to work this Saturday (19), at Ninho do Urubu.
